About these terms

These terms govern your use of Klarodex public website pages and the general information made available on them. The website is operated by Multichannel Enterprises Ltd trading as Klarodex ("we", "us"). Additional subscription, trial, billing and platform terms may be shown when you register through account.klarodex.com/register. Where a separate agreement governs a paid service, that agreement applies to the service to the extent stated there.

What Klarodex provides

Klarodex displays data-driven company and portfolio research, indicators, comparisons, event context and user-controlled modelling tools. The information is designed to support research and investigation. It is not personalised investment advice, financial planning, a recommendation to buy or sell a security, or a guarantee of any investment outcome.

Data providers and models may supply delayed, incomplete or revised information. You should independently check information and obtain regulated advice where needed.

Trials, subscriptions and pricing

Public pages may show illustrative features, packages and subscription prices. The current package entitlements, eligibility rules, trial length, currency, taxes and any charges applicable to your order should be disclosed in the registration or checkout process before you commit. Trials and paid subscriptions are subject to the acceptance and renewal terms clearly presented there.

Do not assume that a trial becomes a paid plan, or that it is free from payment requirements, without checking the actual signup terms. Cancellation arrangements and any applicable consumer rights must be explained in the registration process.

Acceptable use

Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, interfere with its availability, harvest other users’ data or reproduce substantial portions of proprietary research or design without permission. Access to paid application features is governed by valid credentials and the applicable plan limits.

Intellectual property

The Klarodex name, branding, website design, research presentation and proprietary materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You may view pages and use reasonable extracts for personal assessment of the service but may not redistribute or commercially exploit protected materials without permission. Third-party market data remains subject to relevant licensors’ rights.

Research accuracy and limitations

The platform may contain historical statistics, derived signals, illustrative charts and forward-looking scenario models. Prices, signals, commentary and projections can change. Past performance does not reliably predict future results; hypothetical scenarios are not forecasts. No return, price target or event occurrence is promised.

We endeavour to keep the marketing content accurate, but screenshots and feature descriptions can be illustrative and availability may depend on the selected package or current release.

Responsibility and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or affects statutory rights that cannot be waived. Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on general marketing information as though it were personal advice, or for interruptions and inaccuracies beyond our reasonable control.

Any contractual service-level commitments, remedies and financial caps for a subscription must be set out in the relevant customer agreement; these general website terms do not create a separate paid-service warranty.

Links to external websites and the Klarodex registration service are provided for convenience. Different operators or applications may publish their own terms, privacy information and cookie notices.

Governing law and your rights

These public website terms are intended to be governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory legal protections that apply to you as a consumer or user elsewhere. Nothing here limits rights provided by applicable consumer or data protection law.

For general or legal enquiries please use our contact page. We may update these terms where appropriate, with the latest revision date shown above. Changes to an existing subscription contract are governed by that contract and applicable law.
